I Was Afraid Joins Funeral Sounds

Extremely excited to announce that we’re welcoming I Was Afraid to the Funeral Sounds family today!

The Arkansas band are heading into the studio tomorrow to record a 7″ we’re releasing later this summer. They play a crushing space-rock for fans of Hum, Texas is the Reason, Cloakroom and Quicksand. They’re going on a west coast tour with our friends in Headcold in June, and you should really come see them in San Antonio with me at the Sunday Drive Records showcase. While you’re waiting for the 7″, listen to their last full-length Endless Ecstasy here.
